Tomato Noodles Soup Recipe

This dish is meant for cancer patient consumption but equally can be taken by anyone. As such, I do not use oil, sugar, salt and other food enhancers. All ingredients are organic.

Ingredients
a. 2 mid size tomatoes (about 100gm)
b. 1 slice 60% ripe papaya (about 100gm)
c. A little onions and celery
d. 750ml of distilled water
e. 2 tablespoons of apple cider
f. 2 tablespoons of potassium salt mixture (far cancer patient only)
g. 70gm of brown rice vermicelli (oil, sugar and salt free)
h. 30gm of Green Tea wheat flour noodle (oil, sugar and salt free)
g. Some greens

Preparation
a. Boil water in stainless steel pot
b. Cut papaya and tomatoes into slices and add to boiling water
c. Add some celery and onions
d. Add the apple cider and potassium salts mixture
e. Let it boil for about 20 minutes
f. Then add the rice and flour noodles for about 4 minutes
g. Add the greens and let it simmer for 1 minute
h. Turn off heat and pour into bowl for serving.

That's it. Very simple and easy to make. I find it quite tasty. You can try other variations such as using apple and pumpkin instead of papaya. Do let me have your feedback.
