So Far So Good

I think my back pain may not be due to the sleeping posture that I once thought. Sometime in mid January, this back pain started and then on 1 March a CT scan revealed a new node around the T6 area. This would explain the back pain. Had it been a sleeping posture pain, it should have long disappeared. How can on one hand the large lungs nodes get smaller and at the same time a new node appear? The most logical answer is that in December 2009 during my trip in India, I suspended the Gerson Therapy for 9 days and went on a normal vegan diet (i.e. with sugar, salt & oil). There was no back pain before the trip. Anyway the consolation is that the pain is not getting worst but subsiding. Otherwise I feel quite good actually.

You might be wondering if the results in the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Centre is so good why not go there for treatment? Well the thought did occur but it cannot be carried out. Recently, due to change in China on the political stance by the Chinese government (this was partly due to their clash with the Falun Gong movement which is now outlawed in China), it illegal for any qigong group larger than 100 people to gather for practice (the exception to this is t'ai chi which is considered a martial art by the government). As a result the Clinic was closed down. Some of the masters however, emigrated to Malaysia and many others formed smaller groups all over China. So I will learn from the Masters in Malaysia. You can contact the Malaysian Zhineng Qigong Association at 603-92822011 should you need to buy the instruction VCDs (in Mandarin) if there is no group near you.
